Replace AC returns in the rear serving line.
Pulled floor drain for both the mens and women’s restroom because the work order was non specific to which bathroom. Pulled grid drain covers up and ran milling machine through floor drain ptrap. Once determined that the tile and grout was broke up for both restrooms in both floor drain ptraps, We began to vacuum the traps out. We then used an inspection camera to give ourselves a view of what was in the traps. We then began using the camera as a tool to pull back the tile and grout to the drop of the trap so that we could use a vacuum to remove all of the big pieces of tile and chunks of grout. We ended up jetter the traps through to the main trunk line once we got all the big pieces out. Floor drains and drain line are not clear of sediment and debris and should not clog again. The work performed tonight was completed in a timely manner and did not exceed the scope of work that was quoted for us to come out
Checked system found bad x13 blower motor. Replaced motor and checked operation. All OPPs normal at,this time To: replace bad blower motor
