I called Ricky Heath plumbing, heating and cooling for some advice and information about my HVAC system and to my great surprise this company was the most helpful and generous place I could find! Great technician and phone service very friendly and respectful and wasn't pushy about tryin to sell me stuff like a used car salesman. They made me feel comfortable and was super helpful about all my questions I had for them. They showed up on time and tools ready for whatever they encountered. Very professional and courteous! This was such a pleasant and easy process. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. An appointment was made for the same day. I was notified of who my technician would be and given a timeframe. A text message and a phone call notified me that he was on the way. He arrived within timeframe and explained everything as he went and then showed pictures of issue and how it was repaired. Highly recommend.

Thomas Williams can to out house on Friday, April 19th to diagnose and work on our refrigerator water connection, an old water cut off for the refrigerator under the kitchen sink, and a faulty sink sprayer. Due to a family emergency (our family) he was only able to do part of the work and came back on Monday, April 22nd. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and tried to accommodate my wishes regarding the sprayer at the kitchen sink. It worked correctly while he was there but shortly afterwards a leak started under the sink; he returned a short while later and took care of that. He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and gave explanations for what was happening and why it was happening. My husband and I were very pleased with his service!

they are overall a fantastic company, they were reasonably priced when I needed my house re piped & then got a brand new heat pump installed in my house the same week my old one died, I accidently messed up my thermostat & one of the guy's who put my new system in patiently walked me through how to get it my new system to work right & it was a saturday night, can't say enough good things about them & won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs either a plumber or an HVAC either replaced or repaired, they saved me big time

Had two separate issues with the plumbing at my house - Ricky Heath Plumbing technician Robert trouble-shot the issues, and resolved both to my satisfaction at a price point that didn't break the bank. I was so pleased I signed up for their annual Elite Care Club membership which will help keep my plumbing, sewer, heating and air-conditioning systems maintained here at my home.Then, a week later, I had a separate issue in my laundry room - the laundry bibb cutoff valves. Robert and his assistant Thomas addressed that issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.UPDATE 4/18/2024Just had Jacob S from HVAC side do our Elite Club annual inspection - he continued the 5-star service that we got on plumbing side of Ricky Heath.

Awesome experience! Caleb was so nice and patient in answering our seemingly endless questions. 3/27/24 Ricky Heath now does HVAC. I have their elite plumbing membership & recently received an email as well as a mailer that they were now providing HVAC services. I called to ask about it because it's time for spring maintenance on my system & they had a good membership plan that includes both plumbing & HVAC at a very competitive price, & having 1 company do the maintenance is also a plus. They scheduled my appointment immediately.Today Jacob & Nate came out to service my AC (after I received notice by call & text that they were 20 minutes away & asked if I was ready for them). They waited patiently when I answered via my Ring Doorbell so I could calm my rescue dog & let them in. When Jacob & Nate were done, they explained everything they did & asked if I had any questions. I was pleasantly surprised that they also checked my gas furnace. Nate said he always checks both systems at both spring & fall maintenance services. Both Nate & Jacob were professional, friendly, as well as patient & understanding whenever we were interrupted with my dog barking & me having to correct her (she's in training). I would give them 10 stars, just for their patience with my dog Koda, if I could. I'm glad Ricky Heath added HVAC to their services. I just wish they'd create a survey within their own system or have a 3rd party do it, because scanning the QR just sends you back to the same online survey you initially did. I usually ignore it because I've already done their survey, but since this is a new type of service I felt like it more warranted. Bottom line, if you're looking for an HVAC or plumbing company, I highly recommend Ricky Heath. They're quick to schedule, friendly professional & get the job done!12/21/21I called because of a slow drain that OTC wouldn't resolve & Amber was friendly, professional & upfront about the cost of someone coming out. She was able to schedule someone for the next day. Even though they'd called to postpone til the following day due to an emergency call, they called back because they finished that job early & asked if I still wanted them to come that day. Jimmy came & was able to quickly unclog our drain. He was professional (making sure not to track mud from the rain in), knowledgeable & friendly. He also took the time to gather info to quote another job while here. Ricky Heath Plumbing made it easy to do business with them & I recommend you call them if you're in need of a plumber, immediate or not, they will get the job done asap.
